This page is for anyone who wants to convert Ethereum on the ERC20 network into Chinese yuan and receive them in a bank account. You send ETH to the address in your order, and the BTCChange24 operator pays out manually to the bank details you provided.

Below you will find the ETH to CNY rate, how to calculate the amount, limits, timing, tips for filling in your bank details, and solutions to common issues. The rate, limits and reserve are pulled from the exchange automatically.

Important. Send ether only on the Ethereum ERC20 network, to the address in your order and in the amount stated there. The yuan will be paid out to the bank details in your order, so check them against your bank details before you send ETH.

ETH to yuan rate for bank account payouts

Ether trades around the clock, and the exchange rate to yuan moves with the market. The chart shows the coin's market price, while the terms of this exchange direction are listed below.

Convert Ethereum to Chinese Yuan (ETH to CNY)

You send Ethereum ERC20 (ETH) and receive Chinese yuan (CNY) by bank transfer to your bank account. BTCChange24 orders are handled manually by an operator, and the payout takes 30 minutes to 72 hours.

The current guide rate is 1 ETH = 14,515.78 CNY. The rate floats and depends on the exchange amount, so the final figure for your amount is shown in the form.

  • ether on the Ethereum ERC20 network;
  • a bank account to which the yuan should be paid;
  • a contact on Telegram or WhatsApp and an e-mail address for communication about the order

To start, choose Ethereum ERC20 (ETH) and Bank transfer (CNY) in the exchange form. General exchange terms are described in the Rules.

Why 1 ETH gives different amounts

In this direction the rate depends on the exchange amount, so 1 ETH gives a different number of yuan in different rows of the table. The calculator and the table use the same conditions as the exchange form.

The calculation is approximate. The final amount is set when the rate is fixed and, with a floating rate, may differ from the initial figure.

    Payout time: 30 minutes to 72 hours

Step 1. Create an order

Choose Ethereum ERC20 (ETH) as the currency you send and Bank transfer (CNY) as the currency you receive in the exchange form, then enter the amount. The form will immediately show how many yuan you will receive.

Open the ETH to CNY exchange form

Now fill in the order fields:

  • card number;
  • IBAN;
  • account holder name;
  • bank name;
  • Telegram or WhatsApp;
  • e-mail.

Before confirming, check the details against your banking app. Select paid options only if you actually need them.

Step 2. Send ETH to the address in your order

Your order will show the address and the amount to send. Send ether on the Ethereum ERC20 network, in exactly the amount stated there.

  • Compare the beginning and the end of the address in your wallet with the address on the site.
  • If you withdraw from an exchange, add its withdrawal fee to the amount: the full amount from your order must reach the exchange.
  • Save the transaction hash (TXID): you will need it when contacting support.

Step 3. Receive yuan in your account

Once the network confirms the transfer, the operator processes your order and sends the yuan to the bank details you provided. If you have questions, contact support on the site or via Telegram.

Limits and reserve: how much ETH you can exchange at once

A single order accepts amounts from 0.019 ETH to 370.37 ETH.

The yuan reserve is currently 898,742.27 CNY, and the operator makes payouts from it. If your amount is outside the limits or exceeds the reserve, the form will let you know, and support will advise you on what to do.

How long it takes for yuan to reach your bank account

The total time is made up of waiting for network confirmations and manual processing of the order by the operator.

Stage one: network confirmations

Until the transfer receives the required number of confirmations, the rate is not fixed and the order does not move forward. The number of confirmations required is set out in the Rules. The speed depends on the load on the Ethereum network and on the fee you chose when sending.

Stage two: payout by the operator

The payout in this direction takes from 30 minutes to 72 hours. If speed matters to you, the form offers the paid option "I need it urgently".

If waiting takes too long

  1. Find the transaction hash and open it in an Ethereum block explorer.
  2. Make sure the transfer is confirmed and that the address and amount match your order.
  3. Compare your waiting time with the usual payout time.
  4. If everything matches and the time has passed, contact support.

In your message, include your order number and the transaction hash. Do not resend your ETH.

Fees when exchanging Ethereum for yuan

BTCChange24 does not charge a separate exchange fee, as it is included in the rate. The form shows the final amount to receive before you create the order.

What you pay yourself

Sending ETH requires an Ethereum network fee. It goes to network participants, not to the exchange, and depends on network load and your wallet settings. If you withdraw from an exchange, that exchange's withdrawal fee also applies. The bank that receives the yuan may have its own tariffs for incoming transfers, so check them in advance.

Paid options in the form

  • "Tip for the service";
  • "I want to receive in one payment";
  • "I need a payment screenshot";
  • "I need it urgently";
  • "Personal payment to friends";
  • "Priority support";
  • "Fixed rate".

None of these options is required. The form shows how the selected options change the total before you create the order.

How to compare terms with other exchanges

Enter the same amount of ETH into different services and compare how many yuan you would receive in the end. A stated percentage is not a good basis for comparison, because the final amount is what matters.

How to enter bank details correctly in your order

The payout is made to the details you entered, and fixing a mistake after you have sent ETH can be difficult. Fill in each field carefully.

  • Card number. Copy it from your banking app or write it down from the card, digit by digit.
  • IBAN. Paste the full code from your bank's app or documents to avoid any mistakes.
  • Account holder name. Write the name exactly as it appears at your bank.
  • Bank name. Enter the full name of the bank where your account is held.
  • Telegram or WhatsApp. Leave a contact the operator can use to reach you.
  • E-mail. Use a working address where you will receive messages about your order.

Not sure which of these details belong to your account? Check with your bank or support before you send ETH.

If you spot a typo after creating the order, do not send ETH. Create a new order or contact support.

Safety: what to watch for when exchanging ETH for yuan

The network and address must match your order

Send ETH only on the Ethereum ERC20 network and only to the address on your order page. Addresses from past exchanges, or messages "from the exchange" with a different address, must not be used.

Check whose account the yuan go to

The payout goes to the account in your order, and money is hard to get back from it. If the yuan are meant for another person, use the "Personal payment to friends" option and double-check the account holder name.

You do not need any secret data

The exchange does not require a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or SMS codes. Limit yourself to the order fields.

Communicate only through official channels

Contact support on the site or via Telegram using the link on the site. Do not respond to anyone who contacts you first and promises to "speed up" your exchange.

Keep proof of the operation

Keep your order number and transaction hash until the yuan arrive in your account. If you need a payment screenshot, select the "I need a payment screenshot" option in the form.

What to do if your ETH to yuan exchange goes wrong

ETH sent, but the order status does not change

Find the transaction hash in your wallet or on the exchange. If there is none, the transfer may not have been sent to the network, as exchanges sometimes process withdrawals with a delay. If there is a hash, wait for confirmations and check the address and amount against your order.

The yuan total does not match the calculation

The rate floats and is fixed after the required number of confirmations, so the amount could have shifted with the market. Next time, to know the result in advance, choose the "Fixed rate" option.

An error is found in the bank details of the order

If you have not sent ETH yet, create a new order with the correct details. If the transfer has already gone out, contact support right away, before the payout is made.

A different amount of ETH was sent

Do not send the difference in a separate transaction. Tell support your order number, the amount actually sent, and the transaction hash.

The order is completed, but the yuan are not in your account

Check your account statement, as bank credits sometimes arrive with a delay. If the money still has not arrived, send the operator your order number and the bank details you provided.
