Step 1. Create an order

In the exchange form, choose USD Coin ERC20 (USDC) as the currency you send and Bank transfer (PLN) as the currency you receive, then enter the amount. The form will immediately show how many zloty you will receive.

Step 2. Send USDC

After you create the order, the site will show the address and the amount to send. Send exactly this amount to this address, and only via the ERC20 network.

• If you withdraw from an exchange, select ERC20 in the list of withdrawal networks.
• Account for the exchange or wallet fee: the amount from your order must reach the exchange address.
• Save the transfer TXID, as you will need it for any request to support.

Step 3. Wait for the zloty to arrive

What to do if waiting takes too long

USDC sent, but the order status does not change

Open the TXID in a block explorer and check the confirmations. If the transfer has not reached the required number yet, wait. If it does not appear at all, the exchange may be delaying the withdrawal.

Do not try to send them again. Contact support right away, including the order number, the TXID and the network you selected.

There is a mistake in the IBAN or account holder name

The order is complete, but the money is not visible in your account

Check the transaction history in your banking app and compare the IBAN with the one in your order. If there is no transfer, send support your order number and, if your bank provides one, a copy of the confirmation.
