Why the rate differs for different amounts

Step 1. Create an order

Choose Ethereum ERC20 (ETH) as the currency you send and Alipay (CNY) as the currency you receive in the exchange form, then enter the amount. The form will immediately show how many yuan you will receive.

Then fill in the order fields:

• Alipay account;
• Account holder name;
• Telegram or WhatsApp;
• E-mail.

Before submitting the order, check the amount and the account details. Turn on only the paid options you actually need.

Step 2. Send ETH

As soon as the order is created, the site will show the address and the transfer amount. Send exactly this amount of ETH from your wallet or exchange, to exactly this address.

• Use the Ethereum ERC20 network, as stated in your order.
• If you withdraw from an exchange, account for its withdrawal fee so that the full amount reaches the exchanger.
• Save the transaction hash (TXID), as you will need it for any request to support.

Step 3. Receive yuan in Alipay

Once your transfer has the required number of confirmations, the operator will manually send the payout to your Alipay account. If you need to check the status, write to support on the site or in Telegram.

The minimum for one order is 0.019 ETH and the maximum is 370.37 ETH.

How Fast Yuan Reach Alipay

The total time has two parts: the network confirms your ETH transfer, and then the operator manually processes the payout.

Network confirmations

Until your transfer receives the required number of confirmations, the rate stays floating and the order does not move forward. The number of confirmations required is stated in the Rules. Speed depends on network congestion and on the fee you set when sending.

Payout to Alipay

The payout takes 30 minutes to 72 hours, because it is processed manually. You can speed it up with the paid "I need it urgently" option.

If the order is taking too long

1. Find the transfer's TXID in your wallet or on the exchange.
2. Open the transaction in a block explorer and check the number of confirmations.
3. Compare the transfer address and amount with the order details.
4. If everything matches but the payout time has passed, contact support.

In your message, include the order number and the TXID. Do not send ETH again.

ETH to Yuan Exchange Fees

BTCChange24 does not charge a separate fee for the exchange: the fee is already included in the rate. You will see the final amount to receive in the form before you create the order.

What you pay yourself

Sending ether incurs a network fee (gas). It goes to network participants, not to the exchanger, and depends on your wallet and network congestion. If you withdraw from an exchange, the exchange's own withdrawal fee usually applies as well.

How to Enter Your Alipay Details in the Order

The yuan will go to the account you enter in the order. So double-check every field before you send ETH.

• Alipay account. Enter it exactly as it appears in the app. It is better to copy it than to type it from memory.
• Account holder name. Enter the name the account is registered under. If the payout is for an acquaintance or friend, see the "Personal payment to acquaintances and friends" option.
• Telegram or WhatsApp. Choose the messenger where the operator can conveniently reach you.
• E-mail. Use a working address to receive order messages.

Noticed a mistake after creating the order? If you have not sent the ETH yet, create a new order. If the transfer has already been sent, contact support right away.

Safety When Sending ETH to Alipay

Check the network and address before sending

Send ETH on the Ethereum ERC20 network to the address from your current order. Addresses from previous exchanges will not work, as each order has its own details.

Keep secret data to yourself

The exchange does not need your seed phrase, private key, wallet or Alipay passwords, or confirmation codes. The order fields are all that is needed.

Communicate only through official channels

Resolve order questions through support on the site or in Telegram via the link on the site. Ignore private messages with "new payment details".

Make sure the Alipay account is entered correctly

The payout goes to the account in your order, and once it is processed, it will be difficult to get the yuan back. If the recipient is someone else, check their details once more.

If Your ETH to Alipay Exchange Goes Wrong

ETH sent, but the order status has not changed

Find the TXID. If you do not have one, the transfer may not have been sent to the network, as exchanges sometimes delay withdrawals. If you have a TXID, wait for confirmations and check the address and amount.

You received fewer yuan than the calculation showed

The rate is floating and is fixed after confirmations, so the result may have shifted with the market. To know the result in advance next time, choose the "Fixed rate" option.

The transfer differed from the order

If you sent a different amount, to a different address, or on a different network, do not send anything more. Write to support with your order number, the TXID and a description of what was different.

The order has the wrong account or account holder name

If you have not sent the ETH yet, create a new order with the correct details. If you have already sent it, tell support as soon as possible, before the payout is processed.

The order is complete, but there are no yuan in Alipay

Open the transaction history in the Alipay app and check that the account matches the one in your order. If the payment is not there, write to the operator, and next time, if needed, select the "Payment screenshot required" option.
