Step 1. Create an order

Choose USD Coin ERC20 USDC and PayPal USD in the exchange form, then enter the amount. The form will immediately show how many dollars will arrive in your account.

The payout goes to the e-mail you entered, and it is hard to correct it after you have sent the tokens. So check the two order fields especially carefully.

• PayPal account e-mail. Enter the address linked to your PayPal account. It is better to copy it from your profile than to type it by hand, and check the domain and make sure there are no spaces.
• E-mail. Your contact e-mail for the order. It can differ from the PayPal address, as long as you have access to it.

If the money is not for you but for another person, or the payment should go via a link, look at the matching paid options in the form. It is best to clarify what exactly they change with support before you send USDC.

The network and token must match

The direction name specifies ERC20, so you must send USDC on exactly this network. A token of another type or a transfer on a different network may not reach the exchanger.

Take the address only from the current order

Each time, copy the address from the current order page, not from past transfers or messages. If someone sends you “new exchanger details”, do not trust them.

PayPal login details are not needed

The account e-mail is all you need for the payout. Your PayPal password, verification codes, seed phrase and wallet private key are not required from anyone, including people who claim to be support.

Check the communication channel

Contact support through the site or the Telegram it links to. Do not reply to letters or messages from strangers offering to “speed up” the payout.
