Exchange Bitcoin for Polish Zloty by Bank Transfer (BTC to PLN)
Start an exchange
If you hold Bitcoin and need zloty in a bank account, this exchange direction is built for that. You send BTC to the address in your order, and a BTCChange24 operator makes a bank transfer in PLN to the details you provided.
Below you will find the rate, the calculation, limits, timing and tips for filling in your bank details. The rate, limits and reserve update automatically.
Important. Send BTC only to the address shown in your order and only in the exact amount specified. The zloty will go to the bank account you entered in the order, so check the IBAN and account holder name before you send any Bitcoin.

How exchange size affects the rate

The calculation is approximate. Because the rate floats, the exact amount in PLN is set only when the rate is fixed.

Step 1. Create an order
In the exchange form, choose Bitcoin (BTC) as the currency you send and Bank transfer (PLN) as the currency you receive, then enter the amount. The form will immediately show how many zloty you will get.
Open the BTC to PLN exchange form
Next, fill in the order fields:
- account number (IBAN);
- card number;
- account holder name;
- bank name;
- phone number or Telegram;
- e-mail.
Before you confirm, compare the amount and details with the information in your banking app. Enable paid options only if you really need them.
Step 2. Send BTC
After you create the order, the site will show the address and amount for the transfer. Send exactly the amount indicated, and only to this address.
- Paste the address and make sure it matches the order character for character.
- When withdrawing from an exchange, add that exchange's withdrawal fee to the amount so the exchanger receives exactly the amount in the order.
- Save the TXID of your transfer, as you will need it when contacting support.
Step 3. Wait for the bank transfer
Once your transfer has the required number of confirmations, the operator processes the order manually and sends the zloty to your bank account. You can ask questions through the support section of the site or on Telegram.
Exchange limits and zloty reserve
Each order accepts from 0.0006 BTC to 11.905 BTC.
The reserve for this direction is currently 5,030,969.72 PLN: this is the amount of zloty available for payouts. If your amount is outside the limits or exceeds the reserve, the form will tell you, and you can discuss options with support.
Timing: when the zloty reach your bank account
The total time has two parts: first the network confirms your transfer, then the operator makes the payout manually.
Transfer confirmations
Until the required number of confirmations is reached, the rate is not fixed and your order stays open. The number of confirmations required is listed in the Rules. Speed depends on network load and on the fee you chose when sending.
Bank transfer by the operator
Payouts for this direction take from 30 minutes to 72 hours, because orders are processed manually. If you need it faster, select the paid “I need it urgently” option in the form.
If the timing is delayed
- Check that your transfer has a TXID.
- Open the transaction in a block explorer and see how many confirmations it has.
- Compare the sender address and amount of the transfer with your order.
- If everything matches and the payout time has passed, contact support.
In your message, include your order number and TXID. You do not need to send BTC again.
Fees and paid options when exchanging BTC to zloty
BTCChange24 does not charge a separate fee for the exchange: it is already included in the rate. The form shows the final amount in PLN before you create the order.
Costs of sending Bitcoin
When you send BTC, you pay a network fee. It goes to miners, not to the exchanger, and depends on your wallet and network congestion. When withdrawing from an exchange, its own withdrawal fee usually applies as well.
Additional form options
- “Tip for the service”;
- “Personal payment to friends or family”;
- “Payment screenshot required”;
- “Receive in one payment”;
- “Priority support”;
- “Fixed rate”;
- “I need it urgently”.
These options are paid and optional. The form shows how each one changes the final amount before you create the order.
How to evaluate an offer
Enter the same amount of BTC into different services and compare how many PLN arrive in your account. A small difference in fee percentage is not enough for this comparison, so focus on the final result.
Recipient details: how to fill in the bank transfer fields
The bank will receive the payment with the details you entered in the order, so check every field before you send BTC.
- Account number (IBAN). Copy it in full from your banking app or account agreement, with no missing characters.
- Card number. Fill in the field as the form asks. If you are unsure whether it is needed for an account payout, check with support before you send BTC.
- Account holder name. Write it exactly as it appears at your bank.
- Bank name. Enter the full name of the bank where the account is held.
- Phone number or Telegram. Leave a contact that the operator can use to reach you quickly.
- E-mail. Provide a working address for order-related contact.
If the account belongs to another person, consider the “Personal payment to friends or family” option, and ask support if in doubt.
Spotted a typo after creating the order? Do not send BTC: create a new order or contact support.
Safety: what to check when sending BTC to a bank account
Check the IBAN and account holder name before sending BTC
A bank transfer is hard to reverse once it is processed, and a Bitcoin transaction cannot be cancelled. That is why the recipient details deserve the closest check.
Take the transfer address only from your current order
Do not use addresses from past exchanges, and do not trust messages with a “new address”, even if they are signed with the exchanger's name.
You do not need any secret data
An order does not require a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, online banking login or password, or SMS codes. The fields in the form are enough.
Confirm the payout if you need proof
If you need a document confirming the payment, select the “Payment screenshot required” option in the form. Decide this before you create the order, not after the payout.
Contact us only through official channels
Write to support through the site or on Telegram via the link on the site. Do not reply to strangers who offer to help with your order.
What to do if your BTC to zloty exchange does not go as expected
BTC sent, but the order status has not changed
Find the TXID in your wallet or on your exchange. If there is none, the transfer may not have reached the network, since exchanges sometimes process withdrawals with a delay. If there is a TXID, wait for confirmations and compare the address and amount with your order.
The final PLN amount differs from the calculation
The rate floats and is fixed after the required number of confirmations, so the final amount may have changed with the market. To know the amount in advance next time, choose the “Fixed rate” option.
The order has an error in the IBAN or account holder name
If the BTC has not been sent yet, create a new order with the correct details. If the transfer has already been sent, contact support immediately, before the payout is made.
A different amount of BTC was sent
Do not send the difference in a separate transfer. Tell support your order number, the amount you actually sent, and the TXID.
The order is completed, but the money is not in your account
Check the transaction history in your banking app and compare it with the payout time. If the payment is missing, send the operator your order number and the recipient details you provided.
