Step 1. Create an order

If the lari still have not arrived

1. Open your Volet history and confirm that the payment has been completed.
2. Check the payment amount and date against the order details.
3. Check whether the 30 minutes to 72 hours period has passed.
4. If the period has passed, contact support.

In your request, state the order number and attach the payment details from Volet. There is no need to pay the order again.

• E-mail. Use a working address, as the order communication is sent there.

Check your Volet history: the payment should be completed, not pending. Then compare the amount with the order and wait until the exchange receives the payment and the necessary confirmation.

The amount in lari is different

The rate floats and is locked only after the payment and confirmation are received, so the final amount may have shifted with the market. Next time, choose the "Fixed rate" option, and the amount will be known in advance.

The wrong USD amount was sent

Do not try to offset the difference with a second payment. Write to support with the order number, the amount actually sent and the payment details from Volet.

There is an error in the IBAN or recipient name

If you have not paid the order yet, create a new one with the correct details. If the payment has already been sent, notify support immediately: until the payout is completed, the operator still has a chance to correct it.

The order is completed, but the lari are not in the account

Open your account statement and check incoming transactions: the bank may have credited the transfer with a delay. If the money is still missing, contact support with the order number and your IBAN, and if your bank has questions about the transfer, ask them at the bank.
