Sell Bitcoin (BTC) for Alipay CNY
Start an exchange
Here you can sell your Bitcoin and receive yuan in your Alipay account. You send BTC to the address in your order, and the operator manually transfers CNY to the account you specified.
Below you will find the rate, calculator, limits, reserve, timing and a step-by-step guide. Rate, limit and reserve data load from the exchanger and update automatically.
Important. Send Bitcoin only to the address in your current order and only in the exact amount stated there. Check your Alipay account and account holder name against the Alipay app before you send BTC, because the payout goes to the details recorded in the order.
Bitcoin to Yuan Rate for Payouts to Alipay
The Bitcoin price moves with the market, so the exchange rate to yuan does not stay still. The current parameters for this direction are shown below, loaded directly from the exchanger.
- Minimum amount

Why the exchange amount affects the rate
In this direction the rate depends on volume: different amounts of BTC can give different amounts of yuan per 1 BTC. The calculator accounts for this automatically, so you can change the amount and check the result as many times as you like.
The calculator result is an estimate. The final amount is determined by the rate fixed after your transfer receives confirmations.

Exchange Limits and CNY Reserve
You can exchange from 0.0006 BTC to 11.905 BTC in one order. The reserve for this direction is currently 10,216,565.25 CNY, which is the amount of yuan available for payouts.
If the amount falls outside the limits or exceeds the reserve, the form will show a warning. In that case, choose an amount within the allowed range or check with support on what is possible.
How Long It Takes for Yuan to Arrive in Alipay
The total time depends on waiting for network confirmations and on manual processing of the order by the operator.
Transfer confirmations
Speed depends on the load of the Bitcoin network and on the fee you set when sending: the lower the fee, the longer the transaction may wait. The required number of confirmations is listed in the Rules.
Manual processing and payout
This direction is processed manually by the operator. Payouts to the Alipay account arrive within 30 minutes to 72 hours.
If the payout is delayed
- Make sure the transfer has a TXID.
- Open a block explorer and check the number of confirmations.
- Compare the transfer address and amount with the order.
- Check the order status and any messages from the operator.
If everything matches and the time limit has passed, contact support on the website or the exchanger's Telegram. Include the order number and TXID. Do not send BTC again.
Fees for Exchanging BTC to Alipay
BTCChange24 does not charge a separate fee for the exchange: it is included in the rate. The form shows the final amount you will receive before you create the order.
Fee for sending Bitcoin
You pay this yourself when sending: it is the Bitcoin network fee, or the exchange withdrawal fee if you send from an exchange. The exchanger does not receive this money, and its size depends on the settings you choose and the network load.
Paid form options
The form offers additional services such as "I want it urgently", "I want it in one payment", "Priority support", "Payment screenshot needed", "Fixed rate" and others. All of them are optional, and their cost is shown before you create the order.
Transfer Bitcoin to Alipay Without Fees
"No fee" here means BTCChange24 charges no separate fee for exchanging BTC to Alipay CNY, because it is already included in the rate. In the exchange form, choose Bitcoin BTC and Alipay CNY, enter the amount, and you will see the final amount in yuan before the order is created. The network fee for sending bitcoin is paid separately by you and does not go to the exchange.
Other benefits of the exchange
- Clear total before the order. The form shows how many CNY will reach your Alipay account before you create the order.
- Payout within 30 minutes to 72 hours. The payout goes to your Alipay account in this time frame.
- Limits in the form. The minimum is 0.0006 BTC and the maximum is 11.905 BTC, and the reserve available for payout is 10,216,565.25 CNY.
- Rate shown in advance. The current rate is 552,417.66, and it is displayed in the form before you create the order.
Read the exchange terms and details in the Rules section.
How to Enter Your Alipay Account and Holder Details
The yuan goes to the account in your order, so it is better to copy it from the app than to type it by hand.
- Alipay account. Paste it without extra spaces or symbols.
- Account holder name. Write it exactly as it appears on the account itself.
- Telegram or WhatsApp. Specify the messenger you use so the operator can clarify details quickly.
- E-mail. Use an address you have access to.
If you notice a typo before sending BTC, create a new order with the correct details. If the transfer has already been sent, contact support right away.
How to Keep Your Bitcoin to Alipay Exchange Safe
Pay only to the address of your current order
Addresses from previous exchanges will not work, because each order has its own details. Do not send BTC to addresses that were sent to you in private messages.
Communicate with the operator only through official channels
The operator may write to you about your order on the Telegram, WhatsApp or email you provided. If you doubt the person you are talking to, open the support chat on the website or the exchanger's Telegram via the link on the site.
Do not share passwords or codes
The payout requires only your Alipay account and account holder name. The exchanger does not need your wallet seed phrase, private keys, Alipay password or codes from messages.
Double-check your own account
Send the payout only to an account whose details you are sure of: the name and the account itself must match. Mistakes here are the hardest to correct.
If the Exchange Does Not Go as Planned
BTC sent, but the order is not moving
Find the TXID in your wallet or in the withdrawal history of your exchange. No TXID means the transfer has not yet gone out to the network. If there is one, wait for confirmations and check the address and amount against the order.
Wrong Alipay account or account holder name
If you have not sent BTC yet, create a new order. If the transfer has already gone out, contact support immediately with your order number: the sooner you report it, the better the chance the operator can apply the correction.
Wrong BTC amount sent
Do not send the difference yourself. Contact support, provide your order number, the actual amount and the TXID, and they will advise you on what to do.
More than 72 hours have passed
Contact support and send your order number with the TXID. Do not create a duplicate order and do not send BTC again.
Order completed, but no yuan in Alipay
Open the transaction history in the Alipay app and compare the account with the one in your order. If the payment has not arrived, send your order number and TXID to support.
