On this page you can sell Monero and receive naira on a Visa or Mastercard bank card. You send XMR to the address from your order, and the BTCChange24 operator manually sends the payout to the card whose details you provided.

Below you will find the XMR to NGN rate, how to calculate the amount, limits, timing and the steps to follow. The rate, limits and reserve are pulled from the exchange automatically.

Important. Send Monero only to the address from your own order and in exactly the amount stated there. The naira will go to the card in your order, so before sending XMR, double-check the card number, the cardholder name and the bank name.

Monero to naira rate for card payouts

Monero is priced at market, while the naira payout is calculated at the exchange rate, so the final amount changes over time. The chart shows the coin's market price, and the rate for this direction is shown in the block below it.

Convert Monero (XMR) to Nigerian Naira (NGN)

This direction is for those who want to turn Monero (XMR) into Nigerian naira (NGN) and receive them on a Visa or Mastercard card. You send the cryptocurrency, and BTCChange24 pays the naira out to your card.

Figures in the calculator and table are indicative. The final amount is set when the rate is fixed after the transfer confirms.

    Payout time: 30 minutes to 72 hours

Step 1. Create an order

In the exchange form, choose Monero XMR and Visa / Mastercard NGN, then enter the amount. The form will show how many naira you will receive.

Open the exchange form XMR → Visa / Mastercard NGN

Then fill in the order fields:

  • card number;
  • cardholder name;
  • phone number linked to the bank;
  • bank name.

Before confirming, check the amount and details. Enable paid options only if you really need them.

Step 2. Send XMR

After you create the order, the site will show the address and amount in Monero. Send exactly this amount to exactly this address from your wallet or exchange.

  • Compare the wallet address with the full address from the order, not just the first characters.
  • When withdrawing from an exchange, account for its fee: the full amount from the order must arrive at the address.
  • Save the transaction ID (TXID): you will need it if you contact support.

Step 3. Wait for the card payout

Once the transfer is confirmed on the network, the operator processes the order manually and sends the naira to the card you provided. If you have questions, contact support on the site or on Telegram.

Minimum and maximum amount, naira reserve

One order is accepted for an amount from 0.093 XMR to 1,851.852 XMR.

Payouts come from the direction's reserve, which is currently 98,353,103.5 NGN. If your amount is above the limits or the reserve, the form will warn you, and for a large exchange it is best to contact support in advance.

Timing: when naira arrive after you send Monero

Total time has two parts: waiting for transfer confirmations and the manual payout by the operator.

First, confirmations

Until the transfer receives the required number of confirmations, the rate is not fixed and the order stays as it is. The number is listed in the site rules. Speed depends on network load and on how you sent the XMR.

Then the operator payout

This direction works in manual mode, and the payout takes 30 minutes to 72 hours. If timing matters to you, the form offers a paid option called “I need it urgently”.

What to do if waiting takes too long

  1. Find the TXID in your wallet or on the exchange.
  2. Open the transaction in a block explorer and check how many confirmations it has.
  3. Make sure the address and amount match the order.
  4. If everything is correct but the payout time has passed, contact support.

In your message, include the order number and the TXID. There is no need to send Monero again.

Fees when withdrawing Monero to a card

BTCChange24 charges no separate exchange fee, as it is already included in the rate. You will see the final amount to receive in the form before you create the order.

Costs charged separately

For sending Monero you pay the network fee, which does not go to the exchange. Its size depends on your wallet and network load. When withdrawing from an exchange, that exchange's withdrawal fee also applies. The bank that issued your card sets the terms for crediting it, so check with your bank.

Paid options in the form

  • “Tip to the service”;
  • “Personal payment to friends”;
  • “I need it urgently”;
  • “Payment screenshot required”;
  • “I want to receive it in one payment”;
  • “Priority support”;
  • “Fixed rate”.

None of them is required. The form will show how the selected options change the total before you create the order.

How to compare with other services

Enter the same amount of XMR everywhere and compare how many naira reach the card. A percentage fee is not useful for comparison; the final amount is what counts.

Card and bank details to enter in the order

The operator sends the naira using the details in your order, so it is too late to correct them after you send Monero. Fill in the fields carefully.

  • Card number. Copy it from your banking app or type it from the card. It must be a Visa or Mastercard card.
  • Cardholder name. Enter it exactly as it appears at your bank.
  • Phone number linked to the bank. Use the number the bank has on file for this card.
  • Bank name. Enter the bank that issued the card so the payout is not sent to the wrong place.

If you spot a mistake before sending XMR, create a new order. If the transfer has already been sent, contact support right away.

Security: what to watch for when exchanging XMR for naira

Use only the address from your current order

For each exchange, use the address from the page of a fresh order, not from old chats or past transactions. Ignore messages with a “new address” supposedly coming from the exchange.

Do not share keys or passwords

The exchange does not need a seed phrase, private keys, wallet password, card PIN or SMS codes. The order fields are all the exchange needs.

Use a card you have access to

The naira go to the card in your order, and they are hard to recover from there. If the payout is for someone else, consider the “Personal payment to friends” option and double-check the details.

Watch the amount when withdrawing from an exchange

The exchange deducts a withdrawal fee, so less may arrive at the address than the order states. Account for it in the amount so you receive exactly the XMR stated in the order.

Use only official support

Communicate through the chat on the site or on Telegram, the link to which the site provides. Do not reply to strangers who contact you first and offer help.

If the XMR to NGN exchange went wrong

Monero sent, but the order status has not changed

Open the transaction by its TXID and check the number of confirmations. If there is no TXID, the transfer may not have left your wallet or may be delayed at the exchange. If there is a TXID, wait for confirmations and check the address and amount.

Received fewer naira than expected

The rate floats and is fixed only after confirmations, so the final amount follows the market. To know the amount in advance next time, enable the “Fixed rate” option.

A different amount of XMR was sent

Do not send the difference in a separate transaction. Tell support the order number, the actual amount and the TXID, and they will advise you on next steps.

Typo in the card details

If Monero has not been sent yet, create a new order with the correct details. If the transfer is already on the network, do not wait: contact support before the payout is made.

Order completed, but the naira are not visible on the card

Check the transaction history in your banking app and confirm that the payout time has really passed. Then contact support with the order number, card number and bank name.
